Yes serious, but need a free bloging area. One where they don’t ask for money later. I want to type my life each day or maybe three times a week and show people I can lose that amount of weight within the time period and without so called dying.
In general what is a good free blogging area?
I will mention the possible risks, the pros ect.
My real weight loss goal is 125, but 140 is awesome too for starts.
I said I needed a blog site, not a pricey worthless product : /

thats alot of weight to lose in a short time. you should probably talk to a dr first. just to give you some round numbers, your looking at about 25 lbs a week. thats 87500 calories a week you need to eliminate. thats going to require to walk 73 miles a week at 20 min a mile. thats over 6 miles a day. i hope you have good walking shoes.
